bts is my ultimate k-pop group.

i admire their artistry, their message to army (their fandom),

the production behind their performances & music videos,

their distinct sonic stamp,

who they are as people,

the audience that they've amassed worldwide as an asian act,

and of course, their fashion sense.

 

not only was their interview

with esquire inspiring,

but it also included stunning photographs taken by hong jang hyun

with each member dressed in haute couture from berluti, bottega veneta, givenchy, and more.

i wanted to recreate their looks

as a fun project with my sister
and to celebrate the release of their esquire interview

and new album, be.

it took hours of assembling the outfits, fixing lighting, shooting, adjusting poses and hair, and editing.

i love how they turned out

& i want to share the results.
