your girl is back with another self love prompt. not gonna lie... i have been slacking a little 😅 i've been spending a lot of time with my family. on valentine's day, my sister and i got all dolled up and went out (safely of course). twas very fun. we spent some time finishing a k-drama and starting a new one, my new source of procrastination 😅 yesterday, i took my grandma and sister shopping and grabbed some panera. so yea, been booked with my family, but i plan on getting back on track today. let's get to it!

prompt #6: what 5 things make you happy?
music. as cheesy as it sounds, music truly does transcend all boundaries and is magnetic in many ways. it has been my comfort and something i will always hope to create and grow in. whether it be writing it, listening to it, dancing badly to it, or singing it, music will always be my happy virus and home.
chocolate. chocolate. chocolate. no explanation needed 🍫
experiences that make me forget my worries. anytime i am lucky enough to be on vacation or am simply enjoying my time with my friends or doing something that contributes to a much bigger picture/purpose, i am very happy. i am usually very stressed out. it's been like this since high school, i swear. so, anytime i get to enjoy the people and atmosphere around me and/or be apart of a meaningful project, i am in a happy place.
completing things that i set out to complete. even though i am someone that tends to procrastinate, i am trying to be better with staying on task and working. the feeling of accomplishing exactly what you planned to is amazing. i feel happy and proud when i can complete an assignment, read what i wanted to read, etc. i don't know if feeding off that feeling is always a good thing though because i am not very compassionate with myself if i don't complete what i think i should and also have major imposter syndrome (if you don't know what that is, it's basically the fear that you are not as competent as other people perceive you to be)
wholesome things/people. there are stories and people in the world that are the cutest. i think that's a reason why i love watching k-pop bands on shows. they have such cute relationships. supportive, adorable, kind, and hopeful people and stories just make me all warm 🥰 experiences and people that are like the happy ending to a movie make me happy.
and there ya have it: 5 things that make me happy. comment below something that makes you happy :) till next time voizies 🤍

money. clothes. food (specifically your carbonara). haha.
